Upscale & Intimate

Two Urban Licks (Midtown): The food isn’t too extravagant, but the setting is very lowkey and upscale. The live band helps. Take all your serious dates here.
South City Kitchen (Buckhead): Grab a seat in the backroom or outside if you can. Go late at night (close to closing) to get a fairly quiet evening with your bae.
Little Trouble (West Midtown): This is a lowkey bar, with very upscale vibes. Go here if you need a nice environment to talk and get to know your date.
Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse (Buckhead): The setting isn’t as intimidating as you might think. It’s actually pretty casual and fun! Grab a table in the back if you can to get some alone time with bae. The food is exceptional, but definitely only take serious dates here, as it can get pretty pricey!

Casual

Ormsby’s (West Midtown): Typical bar food selections. This is perfect for first dates! The games and overall environment will keep you relaxed.
Ponce City Market (Midtown): Walk the beltline, enjoy the rooftop carnival games or try any of the numerous restaurants. This is a very casual date spot!
Piedmont Park (Midtown): This is “the” park to be in. Walk, bike, or picnic in the park. Make it romantic by planning a sunset picnic!
Decatur Square (Downtown Decatur): Looking for a spot outside of the city? Check this area out. There are plenty of restaurant options ranging from casual to sophisticated! The square is also walkable, so park (free street parking at night) and walk the square with your date!
Little 5 Points: This is yet another walkable area with a wide variety of more classic choices. My faves include The Porter (for the cider) and The Vortex.
