- Channel 144: Degrassi – This is a 24/7 channel that only plays Degrassi!
- Channel 175: BET Her – This channel features movies and tv shows in the BET Her catalog. The last thing I watched on this channel was Seventeen Again (the Tia and Tamara version!)
- Channel 330: MTV Dating – This channel features all of MTV’s classic dating shows. Shows like NEXT, Parental Control, and FriendZone are frequently shown.
- Channel 869: MTV Spankin’ New – Features music videos from up and coming artists
- Channel 977: Nick – If you watch this channel super late at night (like 11P), they’ll play classic Nick shows like All That and Kennan & Kel.
- Channel 990: After School Cartoons – This channel features cartoons that I grew up on! I like watching the animated Sabrina tv show and the Tales From the Crypt animated show on this channel.

Dark Desire (Netflix | Season 2): Dark Desire (1 Season – Netflix): After a night of fun, a college professor gets wrapped up in a love triangle and a dangerous crime investigation. Season 2 follows the college professor after the aftermath of it all.
Succession (HBO or HBO Max | Season 2): Succession follows a family as they try to keep the family business running. The siblings are all clawing for the top spot, as they balance their father’s expectations, competitors, and investors.
Too Hot Too Handle (Netflix | Season 3): Too Hot Too Handle is changing the dating show game! A group of singles living in a house must control their sexual urges for 10 whole weeks.

BINGED IN A DAY
Every now and then, there are a few shows that catch my eye from the very beginning. Some of the shows I’ve listed have been so good that I’ve stayed up until 6A just to finish them. So I’m warning you now, watch these shows early in the day because you will want to finish the whole show!
In From the Cold(Netflix): A CIA agent solicits help from an ex-Russian spy to take down a threatening terrorist in Madrid. This show brings in a few fantastical elements as well.
Harlem (Prime Video): Follows a group of late twenty-somethings figuring out their careers and love lives in Harlem, NYC.
1 SEASON & DONE
If you’re the type of person who just wants a quick show, then this is for you! Here are some of my favorite tv shows that only have one season! Some of them will have more seasons in the future, and some of them won’t.
21 Thunder (Netflix | 1 Season): The show follows the lives of the players and coaches of the Montreal Thunder U21 soccer (football) team. It’s filled with love, adventure, female empowerment, cute boys who can ball, and occasional organized crime scandals; you know the usual.
(no word on if there will be a season 2!)
High Fidelity (Hulu | 1 Season): Rob is an emotional wreck, after experiencing 5 emotional heartbreaks. Now, this record store owner is on a mission to confront every last one of them. Every. Last. One.

FREE TV SHOWS

IMDb TV: If you can’t bring yourself to pay for Amazon Prime, and you’re feeling a bit nostalgic, you should check out IMDB TV. Idk what they did to get these shows to be free, but I’m not complaining. While they do have a few popular fan faves (Mad Men, Heroes, Desperate Housewives, Revenge, and MORE) I have my eyes set on their original series! Here’s what’s on my radar right!
Timewasters (IMDb TV): A struggling jazz band gets an opportunity of a lifetime when they stumble upon a time machine.
Alex Rider (IMDb TV): This follows the adventure of a teen spy, Alex Rider. Based on a popular book series of the same name.
