Through a 90-day pilot, give your students or clients a head start on career exploration so you can move beyond surface-level conversations and focus on personalized guidance and actionable next steps.

One Scout means one successfully generated set of exploration results. This includes 2,000 shared Scouta credits across text-based exploration, voice-based exploration, and Connect My Dots. Each successful generation uses one credit. Saving, revisiting, and exporting results are included at no additional charge.

How the Pilot Works
Before launch: We confirm school approval, device compatibility, access arrangements, privacy requirements, and the start date. School-level access and usage tracking must be ready before the pilot begins.
During sessions: Counselors guide students through selecting an interest, generating recommendations, comparing options, and identifying a practical next step. Students can save Scouts and export PDFs for follow-up.
At the end: We review staff feedback, participation information available to the school, and examples of useful discoveries. Success measures are agreed upon before launch—for example, students identifying new pathways and leaving with a concrete exploration action.
Frequently Asked Questions
A compatible computer with Chrome browser access, internet access, and permission to install the Scouta extension. School-managed devices should be tested before launch.
Scouta uses AI to support early-stage career and opportunity exploration. Recommendations should be verified through official sources for accuracy and availability. Scouta complements guidance from counselors and coaches but does not determine admissions, financial aid eligibility, or career suitability.
Scouta may collect limited personal information, such as a school-issued email addresses. When using the voice feature, students should avoid sharing sensitive personal information. Before student use, schools must review and document data privacy practices, including data collection, handling, retention, deletion, consent, and any required agreements.
A school reporting dashboard is not included. Saved Scouts and PDFs support session follow-up. Any additional reporting or custom development requires a separate agreement.
There is no automatic renewal or unapproved overage charge. Additional usage or continued access requires school approval. Final payment, cancellation, and data-access terms will be stated in the pilot agreement before signing.
