Customizable Program Innovation
We partner with schools, nonprofits, and workforce agencies to help institutions translate an idea, funding stream, or mandate into an actual program that can run sustainably. Our role is to shape the curriculum, activities, and learner experience so your team can run programming with confidence.
1 | Custom Career Readiness Programming
Organizations often bring us in when they’ve secured funding, need a new program quickly, or want to modernize outdated approaches.
Examples of where we step in:
- Designing a new college and career readiness course — building curriculum, activities, knowledge checks, and a delivery model, while serving as a guest instructor to launch the first cohort.
- Standing up a grant-funded program — for example, an economic mobility training camp, where we design the course framework, learning modules, and community engagement activities so staff can deliver ongoing sessions.
- Creating AI Literacy for Educators modules (Professional Development ) — helping schools and nonprofits train teachers, advisors, or coaches to integrate AI into classrooms and guidance programs.
- Developing a Career Discovery Series with AI — giving disengaged learners agency over their career planning by building habits of career exploration using AI tools, instead of relying solely on parents or outside support.
- Launching a workforce readiness pilot in partnership with a local employer — designing a short-term program that equips learners with in-demand skills, integrates employer input, and produces outcome data that can be used for future funding and program expansion.
Starting at $10,000 (custom design package)
Note: Programs and sessions are scalable. They’re available as one-time intensives, ongoing series, or licensing-ready playbooks.
